Is it possible to receive a refund in the event of cancellation?

Yes, the reservation amount will be refunded if you have purchased CDW insurance, minus the insurance cost. Cancellation must be made up to 15 days before pickup.

Are there any additional charges for young drivers?

NextTur Rent a Car does not impose any restrictions regarding the driver’s age or driving experience.

What is your fuel policy?

The fuel level of the vehicle at pickup must be the same minimum and correct level presented upon return to NextTur.

Is it possible to modify, extend, or cancel my reservation?

Yes, subject to the availability of vehicles at NextTur.

Which documents are required to collect the car?

What should I do in case of an accident?

You must immediately notify the rental company (+351 912 981 842) and the competent authorities (in the event of a serious accident, 112; if not serious, 296 105 100), must not leave the scene of the accident, and must complete the European Accident Statement (DAAA).
