Yes, the reservation amount will be refunded if you have purchased CDW insurance, minus the insurance cost. Cancellation must be made up to 72 hours before pickup.

How does the pick-up at the airport work?
NextTur tracks your flight and will be at the airport at the agreed time. After landing, please contact us and our team will pick you up at the location.
Which documents are required to collect the car?
- 1. Required documents: a valid driving licence and a passport or ID card. If your driving licence is not in Portuguese or English, please also bring an International Driving Permit.
